Hello, I am a student of Architecture currently in 8th semester and I believe Architecture helps us to feel different.

Architecture is defined as the art and science of designing buildings and structures. I support that contributes to society and improves the environment. Showcasing my work and investigating design thinking and its straightforward execution through experience process of architecture. The actual needs and demands of the consumers have shaped my thinking. I catch things up quickly and work quickly. I have always believed that my designs can create better living spaces.

Housing for Karama

Karama, Dubai

The site is situated in the dense urban fabric of Karama, Dubai. Karama is one of the oldest residential districts in the city and is well connected to all means of public transport. The locality lacks green spaces, the only green patch being the Karama park which is a 5 minutes walk from the site The site experiences hot and humid weather almost throughout the year with temperatures ranging from 41°C 13°C. The team visited the site and proceeded to interview a random selection of twenty users of the area of the twenty, seventeen lived in Al Karama. The participants were selected at random at different times during the afternoon, at different locations within the allocated plot. Furthermore, many users of the area entirely declined responding. The proposed housing provides much needed amenities and regulated living spaces for the new residents from the vicinity.

Main entrance for my project where there are 2 way with car and by using any moped and walking they both are separated and the whole area covered with green grass and paved blocks and for security their is space where they can access it easily.

The ground floor of the building provides a variety of outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy. These gardens and open areas are perfect for relaxing and engaging in a variety of activities. Additionally, the building offers parking facilities located below the ground floor. The lower level of the building is home to a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool on the southern side of the site. There is also a gym and gazebos available for residents to use, providing a place for them to connect with nature and spend time alone. Overall, the building is designed to offer residents a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

High-Rise Building

The project will be locate in the deira area near baniya square which is globally recognized business and tourist zone much more technological area so my design proposal consists to 13th storey building with roof top swimming pool and huge restaurant, salon, spa etc.

The key idea behind this is essentially people can feel the hotel structure from inside but from outside they feel like they are in middle of the small forest and seeing skyline view of dubai. So, main thing is my design just give and same language with surrounded but at the same time through the structure of building it looks very contrasting design.

Giving a geometrical extrusion form

Creating a void at every floor in a stepped way to create a garden space.

Commercial spaces with corner view which allows the visitors to enjoy the moment of different time in the structure.

Rentable/chargeable spaces for the visitors to spent the day here and enjoy the axinites around it.

PORTFOLIO

The building features terrace gardens with open spaces that allow for natural light and a connection to the sky. The garden also offers a view of the pool from the end of the rooms. Each floor of the building has a minimum of 6 rooms, each equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable living experience. Overall, the building’s design and layout allow residents to enjoy the beauty of nature while also having access to convenient amenities.

Façade Profile

The crossroads in front of the site provides a spectacle for the users of the building masked by the vegetation grown on the porches. The facade also provides shade to the rooms with vegetation and also provides a platform for the users of the building to have a dialogue with other making it a very communal space.

A cornered site which is open from two side and paced from the other sides which allows the sunlight in to the site and blocks the sound.

Art & Cutlural Hub

Alserkal Avenue

The Site is situated in the heart of Dubai, in the industrial area of Al Quoz, The Alserkal Avenue. The Site is easily accessible by primary and secondary roadways. Alserkal Avenue is an industrial compound hosting warehouses in the industrial zone of Al Quoz, in Dubai. The area is an arts and culture district for Dubai with home to twenty-fve contemporary art galleries and arts spaces in a one-block radius, the highest concentration of art galleries in one area in the region. Galleries in Alserkal Avenue are distinct and characterized by individual programs that represent emerging, mid-career and established artists as well as hosting exhibitions, talks, panel discussions, young collector’s auctions and community events. Other landmark venues are Carbon 12, The Junction, The Fridge warehouse, A4 Spaces, Custot Art Gallerie, The Jamajr, Warehouse 83 and many more. So, I choose site ‘B’ as you can see in the site selection process.

Steel Trussed rafters can be designed for very long spans, ranging from 15-45 m. They are usually fabricated from timber or steel, and are spaced at suitable centers to carry purlins. They typically have a low pitch to give acceptable rainwater run of and can give reasonable daylight spread from roof lights. While they have the advantage of reducing roof volume, the depth, and hence volume, increases with the span. The Breathe Brick is designed to form a part of a building’s regular ventilation system, with a double-layered facade of the specialist bricks on the outside, complemented by a standard internal layer providing insulation. At the center of the Breathe Brick’s function is cyclone filtration, an idea borrowed from modern vacuum cleaners, which separates out the heavy pollutant particles from the air and drops them into a removable hopper at the base of the wall.

Established in 1991, it has witnessed phenomenal growth in terms of membership, programmes and partnerships over the past two and a half decades. Our organisation is open to men and women of all nationalities and all ages. Our member network comprises of students, individuals, families, corporate members, federal and local government agencies, universities, colleges and schools, as well as reputed regional and international institutions. This passive cooling system shows the how we can get more cooler wind sea side and height variation in building.

Dubai Design District

The exercise required to design a house for a car manufacturer who had a penchant for gardening with a family of 4. The concept was derived from the treads of a tire with nooks and crannies and translated into the plans. The each of the space on the ground floor is connected through a road like courtyard in the center and a bridge connecting both the part of house on the upper floor.
