Friends,
The families and children we serve are our guiding star. Whether we’re preparing breakfast for the children in summer camp, building muchneeded affordable housing across the Midlands, or speaking with legislators to ensure the systems in place support our vulnerable parents on their journey to independence, we come to work each day ready to meet the needs of the families we serve and our community.
We can’t do it without you. Thank you for being part of our Homeless No More family.

Our History
Our Mission
The mission of Homeless No More is to create an environment for homeless and at-risk families to maximize their potential and move toward independent lives.
For more than 30 years, Homeless No More has worked to end family homelessness once and for all. The organization was founded in 1989 as Trinity Housing Corporation in response to the rising number of homeless families in the Midlands area of Columbia, South Carolina. The organization soon became known as a best practice for working with at-risk families through their transitional shelter program at St. Lawrence Place. In 2016, Homeless No More expanded its programs to include emergency services (rental housing and motel services), attainable housing, and the community bridge program.
In 2016, Homeless No More also created Live Oak and began developing attainable rental housing for families throughout Richland County. Live Oak’s housing development remains mission-driven, placing Homeless No More in a unique position. Homeless No More serves as a developer with the knowledge of a nonprofit that embraces a wraparound service and education model, a rare combination that, in many cases, lessens the likelihood of evictions.
Our Guiding Principles
All members of the Homeless No More community adhere to the following guiding principles: accountability, integrity, transparency, compassion, trust, sustainability, community, excellence, progress, inclusivity, and honesty as we work to enrich the lives of at-risk and homeless families.
