Do you have any fun behind-the-scenes rituals or habits when working on a new issue?

Yes, I definitely have a few fun behindthe-scenes rituals when working on a new issue! One of my favorites is listening to upbeat music while brainstorming article ideas—it helps spark creativity and keeps the energy flowing. I also have a habit of treating myself to a snack (usually something sweet, actually chocolate, let’s be honest, always chocolate!) when I hit a milestone in the editing process. And of course, there’s always a bit of friendly banter with my Managing Director, Nigel Bean, to keep things light and fun, especially when we’re getting close to a deadline!

If you could have any superpower to help with your job, what would it be?
