This printed film is then covered with a translucent ‘hot melt powder’, which is then cured by heat (typically oven or heat press) at around 120°C for 3 minutes. The result is a very thin, incredibly stretchy transfer that can be applied with a firm pressure at a very short time of just 20 seconds.

The KB-338 Setting the ‘Gold Standard’ for hot foil printing We are proud to be the sole importer for the full range of Kobo Hot Foil Printers. Kobo have over 35 years of manufacturing high quality hot foil printers and pad printers among other items. What makes the KB-338 so good?

My-Accessories New Products Along with their new updated keyringfab machine, my-accessories have also introduced some new metal keyrings to their range.

Their S-LINE range consists of new lighter slimline metal bodied keyrings with more focus on the artwork inside due to the thin metal line around the outside.

There are 4 styles and sizes available in popular insert sizes that they already provide within their range, 25mm round, 33mm round, 25mm square and 40 x 25mm rectangle.

All work alongside their keyringfab system, a system that allows you to create your own keyrings in a sufficient and timely manner.

Its dual die cutting and assembly function allows you to create many keychains without the need for several different machines for each style.

This can be vital in the promotional and gift industry due to costs in the current climate. The updated machine is fully compatible with their range of cutting matrixes and assembly tools available for each premium style keyring. These are all available on their website and as options to add once you have found your style of keyring.

Then place your designs into the base of the keyring with the clear window provided on top, attach the assembly tool to the press and place the keyring inside, add a small amount of pressure and this will produce a finished keyring in seconds. By being able to interchange the cutting matrix and assembly tool you have the option to add a huge variety of keyrings to your product range.

Keeping with slimline styles, My-accessories have introduced a new acrylic keyring, the A7 keyring.

Part of the passport sized insert products, a new slimline keyring with curved corners that can be hand assembled. A budget keyring but made from high quality acrylic and packaged in a way to give extra protection from scratches and markings.

The setup of the keyringfab system is quick and hassle free. Once you have your printed artwork, simply fit the relevant cutting matrix into the press to cut your printed artwork to size.
