Injection Moulding Machinery

Hillbrush have 10 injection moulding machine sizes including 90, 180, 200, 380 and 1,000 tonne locking force. We can accommodate moulded products from just a few grams up to 4.4 KG.

Our network of machines are connected to an automated material feeding system, individually monitored and controlled by an automatic dosing system for colour and other additives such as antimicrobial and metal detectable. We have the capability to mould all types of thermal plastic materials.

We can usually use your own mould tools or we can design bespoke mould tools for you.
