South Burlington, VT – ReArch Company announced it recently welcomed Josh Perkins as assistant superintendent and Ryan Ose as senior project engineer. Additionally, Nicole Benton has been promoted to project manager and Matt Moulton was promoted to assistant superintendent.

Perkins joins ReArch with over seven years of experience leading construction projects across Virginia, Vermont, and New Hampshire. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a project manager/superintendent at Cold River Bridges LLC, where he honed his skills in overseeing successful construction ventures. He has a strong background in industrial mechanics and welding, and served for four years in the United States Marine Corps.

Ose’s experience includes contract administration, submittal review, document control, and change order management, in addition to a strong knowledge of subcontractor bidding and construction documentation. In his role, Ose works closely with ReArch project managers, ensuring smooth communication between field staff and the design team. He assists in the planning and coordinating of construction activities to ensure that the goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

Benton started with ReArch in July of 2021 as an assistant project manager.

Moulton joined ReArch in August of 2022 as a carpenter and was promoted to foreman shortly after that. The firm’s representatives say that, in just over a year, he has demonstrated what true dedication and a positive attitude can achieve, and that his growth is inspiring, from leading a single framing crew to providing direction and coaching for all crews. In his new role, Moulton shares the responsibility for delivering every project on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards. He works closely with superintendents to manage onsite logistics and communication with the team.

Woburn, MA – Construction Management firm TOCCI announces the appointment of Kevin McCarthy as chief operating officer.

McCarthy brings over 30 years of dynamic construction experience having held roles from estimating to project management and president and CEO. Previously, he held positions at Clark Construction, PC Construction and Suffolk.

McCarthy will champion the firm in taking on broader execution of projects including expanding TOCCI’s Project Rescuesm program, diversifying TOCCI’s project portfolio, and increasing operational efficiency.

A licensed architect, Nandi brings over 20 years of experience conducting research space planning for academic institutions and creating built work for both institutional and commercial clients.

At Sasaki, Nandi will lead the firm’s science and technology practice across the project lifecycle from space utilization and optimization, to programming and conceptual analysis, to the design and implementation of buildings and interior environments. He will work collaboratively as part of Sasaki’s integrated design teams across sectors, providing technical expertise and design leadership. Waterbury, CT – MJ Daly (MJD) announced that Kevin Bartlet, PE passed the Professional Engineering Examination recently and will be licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Bartlet began working at MJD as an intern seven years ago while attending Central Connecticut State University, where he majored in mechanical engineering. After graduation, he became a project engineer, quickly becoming a vital part of MJD’s mechanical team.

Boston – Bergmeyer announced the strategic addition of Chris McCourt as its new chief financial officer.
