Village Nature Series

Last Tuesday of the Month | Through September | 5:00 P.M.

In many ways, The Village Green is Cashiers’ largest outdoor classroom.

Education is one of the essential elements of our mission, and conservation is one of our primary values.

The Village Nature Series is an educational program that promotes conservation sponsored in collaboration with the Highlands-Cashiers Land Trust.

The series of presentations highlights distinct cultural and natural features of the area. Past programs have introduced such subject matter as raptors, moss gardening, bears, foraging, native plants and edible insects.

The Village Nature Series is held at 5:00 P.M. the last Tuesday of the months of April through September either via Zoom or at The Village Green Commons on Frank Allen Road in Cashiers.

The schedule of programs is listed on the next page. For more information visit VillageGreenCashiersNC.com or call (828) 743-3434. Many thanks to our program sponsor Cedar Creek Club.
