Sheffield FC training session

On Monday evening some of our year 11 students had a training session with Sheffield FC and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Level 3 sports leaders

Last Friday (11 March) our year 12 and 13 level 3 sports leaders led their final session in the three session block with St Joseph’s Primary School

Young Ambassador assemblies

Young ambassador assemblies took place at Castle View and Tansley primary schools on Monday and Tuesday this week. Ambassadors Dixie and Abigail from year 10 and Brandon and Xanthe from year 7 were excellent role models promoting sport.

Primary Sports evening

Week 3 of our primary sports evenings took place on Wednesday.

Primary School Boccia

The Primary Schools Boccia competition took place in the Starkholmes gym on Thursday 17 March.

St Giles, Lea and Wessington primaries took part with year 7, 8 and 9 sports leaders doing a brilliant job in officiating.

Results were as follows:

1st – Lea Primary C team 2nd – St Giles Primary C team 3rd – Wessington Primary A team 4th - Wessington Primary B team 5th= Lea Primary A team and St Giles Primary A team 7th - St Giles Primary B team 8th – Lea Primary B team
