Virtual work experience opportunities
Unifrog
Unifrog have added over 110 virtual work experience placements to the special opportunities tool as they recognise how difficult it is for students to secure work experience at the moment.

Students can also find paid-for programmes such as InvestIN's Future Doctor Programme.
The virtual WEX placements are all on the special opportunities tool. You can find the tool in the 'Searching for opportunities' section of the Student homepage.

Once you've selected which country you're from, the tool asks which country you're interested in searching opportunities from. To find all the virtual WEX opportunities, select 'Online/ Worldwide'
You then select up to 10 subject areas you're interested in and click through to the longlist. From here, you can create a shortlist of up to 10 opportunities. Your shortlist gives you information about what to expect from the placement and how to apply for it.

Log in to the Unifrog platform and take a look at the 110+ opportunities available now: https://www.unifrog.org/sign-in?mc_cid=86bb8723ab&mc_eid=d6738d8f3a

This competition, brought to you by the Office for National Statistics (ONS), is designed to inspire students to be active citizens and support schools in bringing their community together.
The competition challenges students aged 11 to 18 years in England and Wales to create a compelling campaign to motivate their local community to take part in the census. As well as staying connected by working together, students will gain valuable communication, critical-thinking and employability skills.
Prizes include: a Q and A with Gogglebox star and TikTok celebrity Tom Malone, ambassador for the Census
Secondary Education Programme the chance to be included in a public catalogue of winning entries at the National Archives £1000 IT equipment vouchers for your school
