We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Cover Supervisor who will oversee classes during short term absences of teaching staff.
You will be expected to manage student behaviour and keep students focused and on task. You should be flexible, have a desire to work with young people and have a calm and authoritative manner.
Part time hours will also be considered.
We look to appoint staff who are willing to contribute fully to the life of the school and who are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Highfields is a vibrant and popular school with approximately 1200 students, including 200 in our sixth form. Our students are friendly and highly motivated.
We were judged as a good school by Ofsted in May 2017 and are committed to continuous improvement in all aspects of our work. Network & Systems Manager

The opportunity has arisen to lead our dedicated and enthusiastic ICT department in maintaining and developing the extensive ICT network at the school.
We are looking for someone who can build positive relationships with a range of young people and staff and uphold the high standards of work and conduct within our school.
This post is a crucial one to the school. You will work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team to ensure that the approach to IT and information management reflects, and continuously adapts to support the vision and values of the school.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, internal organisation, management and control of the school’s IT infrastructure, including operating systems, servers, devices, software and communication systems.
