Constructing a CAD model first gives us an opportunity to assess critical features such as tolerance, the size of threads and construction lines without the need to make a physical model. This not only speeds up the design process but it also reduces costs significantly because creating physical scale models can be both time consuming and expensive.

 Once the CAD model has been checked, tested and refined the specifications of the desired component are fed into our fabrication system and the component is produced.

 The extreme precision that is afforded by CNC machining makes the machine parts we create highly sought after by a number of industries. As you might expect, as an experienced gear cutting company we have been dealing with the automotive industry for some time, especially as fabricators of components such as cylinder heads, shafts and gear boxes.
