DISPERAGRO - W DISPERAGRO - O

Dispersiones en base agua, formuladas con biopolímeros, aditivos y pigmentos , especialmente formulados para recubrir fertilizantes (NPK, Urea, mezclas, ...) y semillas, confiriendo color, un efecto anti caking y slow realease.

Water-based dispersions, formulated with biopolymers, additives and pigments, specially formulated to coat fertilizers (NPK, urea, mixtures, ...) and seeds, giving color, an anti-caking and slow realease effect.

Dispersiones en base aceite mineral o aceite vegetal biodegradable especialmente formulados para recubrir fertilizantes (NPK , urea mezclas ..) confiriendo color y un efecto anti cacking.

Dispersions based on mineral oil or biodegradable vegetable oil, specially formulated to coat fertilizers (NPK, urea, mixtures, ...), giving color and an anti-cacking effect.

Liquid fertilizers: By means of solubility of the colour in the different solutions or emulsions. Crystalline fertilizers: By means of mixture of colours in powder form, not water soluble.

Solid fertilizers like NPK type: For this type of fertilizers, probably the most common, two different processes are used for the coloration.

Process In Mass

This process consists of colouring the paste of the fertilizer before the process of granulation, that is to say, before the formation on the granule of fertilizer: For it we must apply the dispersed pigment in the liquid form in the blender.

Tromer Or Conditioner

In this case the dye is applied once the fertilizer has passed through the blender and through the granuler, that is to say, it is applied in the conditioner or TOMMER oncer we have the fertilizer in grain. It is a superficial application of colour, on the surface of the granule.

Occasionally we can colour different mixtures of fertilizers (Blendings) in the same Trommer.
