DISPERHIC W es compatible con la mayoría de sistemas acuosos ya que utiliza en su composición tensioactivos no-iónicos. Dicha gama se susceptible de usar en máquinas tintométricas.
DISPERHIC W - are organic and inorganic water pigment dispersions with a high pigment concentration. Disperhic W are binder free, and VOC free they are based on nonionic wetting and dispersing agents. Suitable for manual and automatic dispersing equipment.

When our goal is to color polyurethane system, we must know what process will be used to incorporate color. There are several methods but, to first order, we can distinguish the pigment incorporation by injection, or extrusion using a metering machine. Injection is often used in the footwear industry and automobile, whilie extrusion is common to most coloring plastics. In these cases a pre-mechanical process is followed in the machine dispenses the programmed amount of pigment, of the polyol, and then mixed with the isocyanate prior to forming the foam molding material.
Another way to work polyurethane systems Is in the same place. Where the final product will be applied. In this case, must be used mobile machines for dosing and mixing of the components used. There are two types of processes to implement in the same place: screening and washing. Dosing of pigment paste in total mixture system, can range between 2% and 5%, depending on the type of application, or the desired color intensity.

DISPERHIC C LIQUID COLORANTS FOR POLYURETHANE
DISPERHIC C are a technology for coloring polyurethane and thermoset resins. This range are 100% homogeneous liquids that are soluble in polyol and will not settle over time. DISPERHIC PO are dispersions of solids particules (pigments) in a liquid Carrier.

Our color matching experts can formulate the most economical blends of primary colors. Short color transitions because of the high polyol solubility of the colorants. Eliminates problems such as voids, cracks and slow rise times, often seen with a high dosage levels of pigments. DISPERHIC UT universal machine colorants are specifically formulated for use in volumetric color dispensing machines for retail store and in-plant volumetric tinting.
DISPERHIC UT Colorants have been thoroughly tested in a variety of commercial color dispensing machines and dispense with ease and accuracy. They are non-reactive with stainless steel and plastic materials used as component parts of these machines. Aluminum, aluminum alloy and bimetallic color machines should be avoided since they cause electrolytic corrosion and flocculation of the colorant.
DISPERHIC UT Colorants are tightly controlled and disperse easily and completely in most paint bases. However, compatibility must be rechecked after any changes in paint base formulation to ensure color fidelity. Our technical service labs are ready to provide the best technical solutions. Also, DISPERHIC UT Colorants remain in suspension with a minimum of agitation and do not skin.
