Se trata de dispersiones pigmentarias orgánicas e inorgánicas en medio acuoso , libres de APEO y de bajo VOC ,con una elevada concentración pigmentada. DISPERHIC W , es compatible con la mayoría de sistemas acuosos , ya que utiliza en su composición tensioactivos no-iónicos. Dicha gama se susceptible de usar en máquinas tintométricas.

Pastas pigmentadas acuosas básicamente inorgánicas especialmente diseñadas para la fabricación de pintura exterior. Este sistema es compatible en pintura al silicato y productos cementosos. Al tratarse de dispersiones inorgánicas confieren en la formulación de la pintura un elevado poder cubriente, una excelente resistencia a la luz y a la intemperie.

Se trata de dispersiones UNIVERSALES orgánicas e inorgánicas dispersadas en medio glicol. La gama DISPERHIC U FSP , se ha desarrollado para botellines.

Es una gama de dispersiones acuosas libre de resinas, con un bajo contenido en VOC , libre de APEO . Es una gama que se caracteriza por una elevado concentración de pigmento con un elevado poder colorante. Esta gama se puede utilizar en máquinas tintométricas tanto automáticas como manuales.

Las dispersiones DISPERHIC D , es una gama formulada con resinas y aditivos que confieren una gran compatibilidad con la mayoría de ligantes de pintura al disolvente. La gama DISPERHIC D se puede utilizar en máquinas tintométricas.

Se trata de dispersiones pigmentadas en base disolvente, compatibles con la mayoría de los sistemas al disolvente, con la peculiaridad que no contiene disolventes aromáticos ni pigmentos con plomo otros metales pesados en su composición.

The DISPERHIC D dispersions, is a range formulated with resins and additives that confer great compatibility with most solvent paint binders. The DISPERHIC D range can be used in dyeing machines.

These are solvent-based pigmented dispersions, compatible with most solvent systems, with the peculiarity that does not contain aromatic solvents or lead pigments other heavy metals in its composition, is based on many high stability organic pigments.

Sistema de colorantes en pasta con Bisfenol A/AF especialmente diseñados para su utilización en recubrimientos de pavimentos epoxi, compatibles entre si, se pueden mezclar para conseguir infinitas posibilidades de color. además de contar con la posibilidad de generar un sistema tintometrico para maquinas de mezclado. No modifica las propiedades químicas o físicas del recubrimiento, siendo ideal para coloración in situ.

Los concentrados de color DISPERHIC P , es una gama dispersada en base plastificante y aditivos compatibles con la mayoría de polímeros plásticos. Las concentrados de color DISPERHIC PO, es una gama dispersada en poliol y aditivos compatibles con la mayor parte de poliuretanos y poliureas sin disolventes. Especialmente indicado para el sector de las espumas de poliuretano.

When our goal is to color polyurethane system, we must know what process will be used to incorporate color. There are several methods but, to first order, we can distinguish the pigment incorporation by injection, or extrusion using a metering machine. Injection is often used in the footwear industry and automobile, whilie extrusion is common to most coloring plastics. In these cases a pre-mechanical process is followed in the machine dispenses the programmed amount of pigment, of the polyol, and then mixed with the isocyanate prior to forming the foam molding material.

DISPERHIC W, es compatible con la mayoría de sistemas acuosos, ya que utiliza en su composición tensioactivos no-iónicos. DISPERHIC W organic and inorganic water pigment dispersions with a high pigment concentration. Disperhic w are binder free, and VOC free , they are based on non ionic wetting and dispersing agents.

Dispersiones en base agua, formuladas con biopolímeros, aditivos y pigmentos , especialmente formulados para recubrir fertilizantes (NPK, Urea, mezclas, ...) y semillas, confiriendo color, un efecto anti caking y slow realease.

Dispersiones en base aceite mineral o aceite vegetal biodegradable , especialmente formulados para recubrir fertilizantes (NPK , urea , mezclas ..) , confiriendo color y un efecto anti cacking.

Powder pigment, ideal to colour and coat all type of fertilizers (Npk), Urea and different mixtures of solid fertilizers.

Solid fertilizers like NPK type: For this type of fertilizers, probably the most common, two different processes are used for the coloration.

PROCESS IN MASS This process consists of colouring the paste of the fertilizer before the process of granulation, that is to say, before the formation on the granule of fertilizer: For it we must apply the dispersed pigment in the liquid form in the blender.

TROMER OR CONDITIONER In this case the dye is applied once the fertilizer has passed through the blender and through the granuler, that is to say, it is applied in the conditioner or TOMMER oncer we have the fertilizer in grain. It is a superficial application of colour, on the surface of the granule. Occasionally we can colour different mixtures of fertilizers (Blendings) in the same Trommer.

PIGMENT DISPERSIONS

DISPERHIC UT universal machine colorants are specifically formulated for use in volumetric color dispensing machines for retail store and in-plant volumetric tinting. DISPERHIC UT Colorants have been thoroughly tested in a variety of commercial color dispensing machines and dispense with ease and accuracy. They are non-reactive with stainless steel and plastic materials used as component parts of these machines. Aluminum, aluminum alloy and bimetallic color machines should be avoided since they cause electrolytic corrosion and flocculation of the colorant. DISPERHIC UT Colorants are tightly controlled and disperse easily and completely in most paint bases. However, compatibility must be rechecked after any changes in paint base formulation to ensure color fidelity. Our technical service labs are ready to provide the best technical solutions. Also, DISPERHIC UT Colorants remain in suspension with a minimum of agitation and do not skin.

ISPERFINE W, based in polymeric dispersant offers a good compatibility in various waterbone systems sunch as : D Epoxy , acrylics , polyurethanes, alkyds… DISPERFINE, manufactured free of surfactants so as not to modify the mechanical properties or the adhesion of the coating.
