Description:

The class is designed to teach flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness using gymnastics skills while building positive self-esteem in a relaxed, fun, yet challenging atmosphere. We offer a non-competitive program that builds gymnastics skills through progressions, implementing a variety of age-appropriate equipment and training aids as well. All Airborne instructors are USAG and safe sport certified. Skills taught include: Forward & Backward Rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, Bridge Ups & Bridge Kickovers, Pullovers, leaps, jumps, hops, and walks on beams. Students will work on body control and will focus on building strength and flexibility, which is an important part of gymnastics.

Description:

Soccer Shots is an engaging soccer experience for children of all ages. Using age-appropriate lessons, our Soccer Shots lessons focus on new skill development along with character building to create the most fun soccer experience a child can ask for! Children will learn fundamental soccer skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting, while also building on their character skills like teamwork, leadership, confidence, and more! Whether your child has never played or has had years of soccer experience, they will have a blast at Soccer Shots!
