Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa is thrilled to collaborate with frenchrenowned pastry chef Thomas Alphonsine to organize a series of culinary events to celebrate Easter on the island.
Chef Thomas Alphonsine will host pastry lessons dedicated to the chocolate lovers. Additionally, he will introduce a uniquely crafted Signature Dessert, which will be exclusively available at Meeru Bar for guests to indulge in.
“Working in France as a Pastry Chef, I built my philosophy to focus on taste, texture, pure ingredients and design. My desire is to create a feeling, an experience - leaving you with a wonderful memory” said Chef Thomas Alphonsine “In the pastry line, you will find different flavours and textures. I am confident everyone will be able to find one or more pastries they truly love, which creates this feeling”.
