Refrigerator Notes

Bring it on! I love fall.

I’d rather wear a comfortable pair of jeans and a hooded sweatshirt than just about anything other clothing. I won't get caught up in the pumpkin spice debate—I can take it or leave it. But, a tasty slice of pumpkin pie? Yes, please. It’s also great weather to get out to the neighborhood park or greenway trail for a walk with my dog. Neither of us is particularly heat-tolerant. So, I’m looking forward to being able to walk at times other than sunrise or after dark.

Enjoy the crisp cool fall weather. Take care of yourself and your kiddos. You’ve got this! | ~Melinda,
