The Missouri Bar makes available as a public service a “Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care and Health Care Directive” for use by the general public and available free online and once a year in April, offers several free clinics to draft a Durable Power of Attorney and Living Will for you at your local library branch as a service of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association.
