February is national children’s dental health month!

At Cline Dental, our doctors and staff love seeing patients of all ages, but we especially love to see kids grow. There is something about knowing a child is growing up with the proper oral care they need, and carrying that on to the next generation, that makes us know we are doing what we are suppose to be doing.

Just like adults, children need to be seeing a dentist every six months, starting at around age two. It’s best to get kids started early, so their first visit isn’t an emergency, and they are in pain. At each appointment our hygiene team goes over brushing and flossing to make sure kids have the proper tools

they need for a healthy mouth.

There have been many recent studies that show a direct link with oral health, diabetes, heart disease and so much more. At Cline Dental, we find it very important that our patients of any age know that a healthy mouth is just the start to a healthy body.
