EASY Italian Pasta Bake

This is a great quick recipe to make when you are short on time. Make a double batch and freeze for another quick meal. Serves 8 What You Need • 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef Add 1 tsp. Italian seasoning and 3 minced garlic cloves • 3 cups Barilla® Whole Grain or Regular Penne, cooked • 1 jar Barilla® Roasted Garlic sauce • 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Make It • Heat oven to 375°F. • Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Return to skillet. Add pasta, spaghetti sauce and half the Parmesan; mix well.

• Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheeses.

• Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

No-Bake Pumpkin Spice Layered Dessert This No-Bake Pumpkin Spice Layered Dessert couldn’t be easier to make, but it looks quite impressive, thanks to whipped topping and a drizzle of caramel.

What You Need • 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs • 1/4 cup butter, melted • 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin • 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding, divided • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided • 1-1/2 cups plus 1 Tbsp. cold milk, divided • 8 KRAFT Caramels Make It •

Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish.

Whisk pumpkin, 1 pkg. pudding mix and spice in large bowl until blended. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust.

•

Beat remaining pudding mix and 1-1/2 cups milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.; spread over pudding layer in dish. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 4 hours.

•

Microwave caramels and remaining milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.; stir until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Drizzle over dessert just before serving.

Road Trip!

September is a great time to get in the car and take a scenic road trip through Arizona. Scenic Byways are found throughout the five regions designated by the Arizona Office of Tourism.

The five tourist regions that Arizona is divided into is as follows: • Northern Arizona • North Central Arizona • Phoenix & Central Arizona • Tucson & Southern Arizona • Arizona West Coast Some of the more well-known destinations in the Northern Arizona region includes Flagstaff, Williams, Grand Canyon, Page and Monument Valley.

In between these areas are smaller interesting towns such as Seligman which is located on Route 66 and home of the Roadkill Café and Historic Route 66 General Store. Venture off I-40 and take a step back in time. Visit www. route66seligmanarizona.com/ for more information about Seligman North Central Arizona encompasses the well-known areas of Sedona, as well as Jerome, Prescott, and Payson which is located just below the Mogollon Rim. These are all areas to retreat to during the summer for a break from the heat or in the fall to experience the vibrant fall colors. Another interested town in this region is Globe-Miami located east of Phoenix. Take a Sunday drive and enjoy the scenic view east along Route 60 to reach this historic mining community.

PRESERVING THE PAST AND PRECIOUS IMAGES As we all move into our senior years, we obtain things from our parents. One of those things is that shoebox full of photos.
