Here are a few tips to get your child started on a musical path:
1. Let Your Child Decide
Let your child decide what instrument they are
interested in. The benefits of music lessons aren’t limited to a few instruments. The choices are tremendous and no matter what they choose they will reap the rewards.
2. Employ a Professional
Just because your neighbor’s nephew can play
the guitar doesn’t mean he’s qualified to teach it. Look for private music schools in your area that employ professional musicians.
3. You Don’t Have To Spend a Lot
No need to buy a new instrument,

Giving Thanks On Thanksgiving Thanksgiving has been celebrated as a day to give thanks to God for His gracious and sufficient provision. Many treat this opportunity as a time of feasting, long weekend, football games, special shopping deals and a forerunner to Christmas festivities. The “first Thanksgiving,” however, was neither a feast nor a holiday, but a simple gathering. Let’s celebrate this holiday as a time when we can gather in unity (It’s (I exciting, refreshing and invigorating when people come together). To teach the young, (In stories told and retold, each generation can bring purpose and significance to their heritage), and to prepare the heart, (We reflect upon all of the giis of family, friends, resources that saturate our lives). By “giving thanks” we choose to extend ourselves and give to others less fortunate. Out of the abundance of our hearts, we are able to offer our resources to help others. We, like our forefathers has many things to be thankful. We live in a country where we have free speech, free to worship, vote and give thanks. As our society becomes more and more tolerant, the actual “giving of thanks to God during our annual Thanksgiving holiday is being overlooked, leaving only the eating and feasting. Let’s never forget to be thankful and grateful every day for all of His giis, spiritual and material. ma May you celebrate Thanksgiving and remember to give thanks!

Chicken Spanakopita INGREDIENTS Egg Rolls - 1 pack Chicken Tenders - 1/2 lbs. Spinach - 1 cup Garlic - 1 tbs Feta - 1/4 cup Seasoning to Taste 1 Egg 1/2 Onion Step 1:Dice up the chicken breast into small pieces. Heat up a small sauce pan. Spray some non-stick spray in the pan. Add the chicken and cook until down. Set aside. Step 2: Dice up onion and repeat step 1 . Set aside. Step 3: Stack spinach on top of each other and chop. Set aside. Step 4: Chop Garlic and set aside. Step 5: Mix all ingredients together and add cheese and egg. Step 6: Place 1 egg roll wrapper down on a clean surface. Place chicken mixture in the middle. Rub the corners with some water to seal the edge. Fold from corner to corner creating a triangle shape. Step 7: In a deep skillet put 3 cups of oil in. (Which ever one you like) Step 8: place your Spanakopita down in the hot skillet. Cook till golden brown on each side. Step 9: Set aside and enjoy! This meal can be made ahead of time and used as an appetizer or entrée. Your guess will love them. To jazz the spanakopita up add sour cream to give it an unique flavor. Along the way I have had the honor of working with some of the best chefs in the world! Frank Walker, Dwayne Atkins, and Wolfgang Puck to name a few. I’m currently teaching culinary arts to high school. Teaching today’s youth about nutritional meals and culinary mastery is a passion of mine. Chef Frank told me “You have to have passion to be in this field”. It’s my honor to give you some of the recipes that I teach my students.
