| HOW WE OPERATE
REGULATION
We are regulated and independently monitored by The Building Safety Regulator (BSR).
In order to maintain our registration, we are subject to annual and quarterly monitoring where we must demonstrate meeting defined levels of service standards, management systems and retaining competencies.
PROJECT DELIVERY
Once we have been appointed, we will pair you with one of our professionally qualified Building Control Inspectors based on the location and expertise that suit the requirements of your project. Our team includes 9 RBI Class 1 Surveyors, 41 RBI Class 2 Surveyors, and 10 RBI Class 3 Surveyors.
They will assess design proposals, carry out inspection regimes, and issue legal certification.
