CMB has been promoting, designing and building supermarkets, hypermarkets and retail malls for about 25 years. More than 20 completed projects make CMB one of the Italian leaders in the sector, highly specialised in the provision of management services for the realisation of complex projects.

CENTRO COMMERCIALE IL BORGOGIOIOSO Carpi, Modena Modalità organizzativa: General contractor Committente: Sec’95 Gestore ipermercato: Coop Estense Importo lavori: Euro 55.000.000 Tempi di esecuzione: 03/2004 - 10/2005 Superficie lorda: 67.000 m2 Superficie ipermercato: 20.000 m2 Galleria: 28 negozi e medie superfici Parcheggi: 1250 posti auto coperti, 1100 esterni Caratteristiche architettoniche: Progettazione attenta a un’immagine non banale, caratterizzata dalla valenza strutturale dei suoi elementi.

Da segnalare l’impiego di materiali di particolare valore qualitativo ed estetico, quali lastre o listelli di cotto, legno lamellare, acciaio, alluminio e grandi superfici vetrate.

The project used materials of choice quality and appearance, such as terracotta slabs or strips, layered wood, steel, aluminium and large glazed areas.

CENTRO COMMERCIALE I PORTALI Modena Intervento: Ampliamento e ristrutturazione Modalità organizzativa: General contractor Committente: Coop Estense Gestore ipermercato: Coop Estense Importo lavori: Euro 8.000.000 Superficie ipermercato: 3.500 m2 Galleria: 12.000 m2 Parcheggi: 500 Caratteristiche architettoniche: Lavori di ampliamento a negozio aperto caratterizzati dal prolungamento della galleria e dalla realizzazione di una piazza su cui si affacciano negozi di grandi e medie superfici. Lavori d’ampliamento anche sull’area vendita, sui laboratori di pertinenza, sui magazzini e sui parcheggi.

Also enlargement works on the retail area, on the backup working areas, on the warehouses and on the car-parks.

Il Centro è caratterizzato da una lunga galleria in acciaio, legno e vetro e una grande piazza con copertura spaziale per tutta la sua ampiezza.
