A quiet revolution
Over the past few years, we have been working on significant modernisations at H+H UK. These have consisted mainly of physical changes to production and process; the complete re-build of our Borough Green facility, the changes to the Pollington packing line and more recently transport safety initiatives, also at Pollington.
Quietly in the background, however, another revolution is taking place. On 2nd January 2020 and after three years of extensive planning, testing and successful trials, we will transition from our existing bespoke computer system to Microsoft Dynamics NAV18. We have worked with one of the most experienced Microsoft Partners in the UK to ensure that the transition will be seamless.

INSITE BITE NAV18 is a comprehensive end to end Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution that is specifically designed for SMEs to help provide greater control and visibility over: • Financial Management and Accounting • Manufacturing • Sales and Marketing • Reporting • Supply Chain Management This will enable H+H to provide even higher levels of service and satisfaction to our valued customers.
However, our ambitious plans don’t stop there as we will quickly upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in the third quarter 2020. Business Central has the full capabilities of NAV18 but in the Cloud, enabling H+H to provide even greater levels of service, transparency and reporting. As in the past we feel it important to let our customers know when updates of this kind take place, as we did all through the upgrade of the Borough Green factory.
Should you have any queries regarding the change from our current system to Navision, please do not hesitate to contact our IT Projects Leader Dave Wares. His email address: David.wares@hhcelcon.co.uk
