DE Der bereits 1581 erwähnte Oberraindlhof wird heute von Familie Raffeiner in vierter Generation geführt. Im einstigen Bergbauernhof werden traditionelle Schnalser Gerichte in urigen Zirmstuben serviert. Der Chef des Hauses bietet als Sommelier über 400 verschiedene Weine an, während Chefin Elisabeth und Sohn Benjamin Sie gerne musikalisch unterhalten. IT Gestito dalla famiglia Raffeiner da quattro generazioni, l’antico maso risalente al 1581, accoglie gli ospiti in un ambiente tradizionale con piatti tipici della Val Senales spesso rivisitati in chiave moderna e accompagnati da oltre 400 vini selezionati. DE Bereits 1298 als „Gasthaus auf der Egg“ urkundlich erwähnt, ist der Eggwirt in St. Walburg seit 1611 ein Gasthof. Auch heute sitzen die Gäste in der gemütlichen, holzgetäfelten Eckstube des ältesten Gasthofs im Ultental gern beisammen. Von der Wirtsfamilie Schwienbacher in vierter Generation geführt, bietet der Eggwirt bodenständige Küche und Tiroler Gastlichkeit. EN The oldest inn of the Ulten Valley, the House at the Corner was first mentioned in 1298. It was originally a place of jurisdiction, before becoming a lodging house and stage coach station. The fourth generation of the Schwienbacher family guarantees rustic Tyrolean hospitality, providing down-to-earth, natural cuisine and the feeling of being among friends, together in the cosy, wood-panelled corner lounge. DE Der Hanswirt ist mehr als ein Gasthof. Einst sorgten an diesem Erbhof in Rabland Postkutschen und Kaufmannszüge für regen Betrieb.

Die Ursprünglichkeit wahren und die Geschichte des Hofs fortschreiben, darin sieht Familie Laimer ihre Aufgabe. DE Im historischen Ortskern von Partschins gelegen, wird der 1371 erstmals urkundlich erwähnte Gasthof Sonne bereits in der vierten Generation von Familie Ganthaler geführt. Neben Wein- und Käseverkostungen werden im Gewölbe aus dem Jahr 1371 à la carte zeitgemäß interpretierte Gerichte aus der traditionellen Südtiroler Küche serviert. Unser Genusstipp zu Ostern: Geschmorter Braten vom heimischen Kitz mit Wurzelgemüse und Kartoffelwürfeln.

Oggi l’albergo Sonne viene gestito in quarta generazione dalla famiglia Ganthaler che propone una rivisitazione dei piatti tradizionali della cucina altoatesina. DE Seit dem 17. Jh. ist der „Mitterwirt“ am Dorfplatz von St. Martin urkundlich dokumentiert. In der Stube, wo die bayerischen Behörden während des Tiroler Volksaufstandes Verhöre durchführten, tischt Familie Fontana heute bodenständige Tiroler Küche und Passeirer Spezialitäten auf. Das einstige Stammlokal von Andreas Hofer ist heute ein Treffpunkt für Freunde echter Südtiroler Gasthauskultur.

EN The Lamm at the village square of San Martino in Val Passiria Valley was first mentioned in a 17th-Century document. The lounge was once used for interrogations during the Tyrolean uprising. Today, the Fontana family serves good, simple cuisine typical of the region, making the once-favourite inn of Andreas Hofer a meeting point for locals and all those who appreciate real South Tyrolean inn culture.

DE Direkt an der Gampenstraße gelegen, gibt es den Gfrillerhof als typisches Dorfgasthaus schon seit 1955. Der Familienbetrieb nahe der St. Nikolaus-Kirche in Gfrill wird in dritter Generation von Familie Piazzi geführt, die sich herzlich um das Wohl der Gäste kümmert.

IT Sulla strada verso Passo Palade, il ristorante Gfrillerhof dal 1955 è una tipica trattoria di paese situata nel borgo di Caprile presso Tesimo. Da ormai tre generazioni, Alois Piazzi, sua moglie Ilse e i figli e cuochi Peter e Martin si occupano personalmente dei loro ospiti, proponendo piatti della tradizione tirolese e i sapori della cucina mediterranea. EN Situated along the road to Palade Pass and near the Saint Nicholas church in the small hamlet of Caprile near Tesimo, the Gfrillerhof inn has been run by three generations of the Piazzi family since 1955. DE Beschaulich geht es beim Saalerwirt am Wallfahrtskirchlein Maria Saalen zu. Einst hatte der Gasthof die wichtige Rolle als Herberge an der Straße ins Gadertal. Tre volte all’anno, il gruppo “Locanda sudtirolese” organizza delle particolari settimane gastronomiche dedicate alla cucina tradizionale.

Three times a year, the “Südtiroler Gasthaus” group organizes specialized traditional food festivals.

Im Rahmen der „Sommerfrische im Südtiroler Gasthaus“ dreht sich alles um vegetarisch leichte Sommergerichte, zubereitet mit dem frischen und knackigen Obst und Gemüse aus den heimischen Gärten. Diese gastonomischen Wochen stellen gesundes Genießen in den Vordergrund und verwandeln so das Lebensgefühl des Sommers in kulinarische Gaumenfreuden.

Alljährlich im Herbst wird „Erntedank im Südtiroler Gasthaus“ gefeiert. Von Mitte September bis in den Spätherbst hinein zaubern die Gastwirtinnen und Gastwirte aus den erntefrischen Produkten der Felder unverwechselbare, typische Gerichte. Diese Kreationen setzen die gesamte Genussvielfalt des Südtiroler Herbstes in eine kulinarisch-harmonische Verbindung.

Der „Sonntagsbraten im Südtiroler Gasthaus“ war einst ein Begriff! Eine kulinarische Tradition, den die Südtiroler Gasthäuser nun wieder aufleben lassen. Von Januar bis März wird jeden Sonntag nach alter Familientradition aufgekocht.

Und wie damals, zur Zeit des Sonntagsbratens nach dem Kirchgang, finden nur lokale und saisonale Zutaten den Weg in die Kochtöpfe.

”Frescaestate nella Locanda sudtirolese” è l’iniziativa dedicata alla cucina vegetariana e in particolare a frutta e verdura fresche di stagione coltivate in estate negli orti locali. Con queste settimane culinarie gli esercizi aderenti portano in tavola tutta la genuinità e la leggerezza che contraddistinguono i piatti tipicamente estivi.

Ogni anno in autunno si celebra la ”Festa del raccolto nella Locanda sudtirolese”. Da metà settembre fino ad autunno inoltrato, gli osti delle locande aderenti propongono piatti straordinari preparati con i prodotti appena raccolti. Autentiche e genuine, queste creazioni risaltano al meglio la varietà culinaria dell’autunno in Alto Adige.

Con l’iniziativa ”Arrosto domenicale nella Locanda sudtirolese”, il gruppo fa rivivere un’antica tradizione, quella dell’arrosto che in passato imbandiva le tavole nel pranzo della domenica dopo la messa. Ogni domenica da gennaio a marzo, si può tornare a gustare un arrosto preparato a regola d’arte con ingredienti genuini e di stagione.

“Summer Freshness in the Südtiroler Gasthaus” focuses on vegetarian cooking based around local seasonal fruit and vegetables.

During the course of the summer culinary weeks, exhibitors showcase the wholesome qualities and nutritional value of the typical light dishes of the season.

“Thanksgiving in the Südtiroler Gasthaus” is held every year in autumn. From mid-September until late in the season, members of the associated inns cook up a rich variety of traditional dishes utilizing newly harvested local produce and showcasing the creativity of South Tyrolean cuisine in autumn.

“Sunday Roast in the Südtiroler Gasthaus” is a longstanding local tradition. As in the past, delicious roasts grace the Sunday lunch tables after mass. The associated inns revive this old tradition from January until March, with a delicious Sunday roast on the lunch menu, utilizing local and freshly sourced ingredients.
