MEMBERSHIP
Verandah’s dynamic Membership welcomes newcomers to a casual style of elegance that emphasizes the things that truly matter in life. The Jack Nicklaus, Jack Nicklaus II, and Bob Cupp-designed two golf courses, Old Orange and Whispering Oak, to challenge the experienced golfer yet welcome the novice or less skilled.
The Wellness Complex features five Har-Tru tennis courts, eight newly constructed pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, including massage and physical therapy rooms and a resort-style swimming pool for your enjoyment. The full-service spa and fitness center provides Members and Guests will all the amenities of a world-class resort.
It is not just the amenities that make Verandah one of the premier clubs in Southwest Florida, but the Members, Team Members, food, and the activities combine that make Verandah a truly matchless place to call your own.
DINING
Overlooking a gorgeous view of the Orange River, the River House is one of the social centerpieces at The Verandah. With full-service dining, you can grab a bite and a drink after a round of golf or a day of exploring. Enjoy the scenery; you can even take it out to the deck to enjoy Mother Nature and maybe catch a glimpse of a manatee or two!”

FULL GOLF MEMBERSHIP
Full Golf Membership provides access to Whispering Oak Golf Course, Old Orange Golf Course, the club’s practice facility, dual-ended driving range, short game complex and multiple putting greens.
Additionally, our Full Golf Membership provides access to a resort-style pool, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts, fitness facility and clubhouse dining.

30-Day Advanced Tee Time Booking
Unlimited Driving Range and Practice Facility Access (Locker and bag storage offered for additional fee)

Transferable to Tenant Leasing Verandah Home (Transfer fee required. For Full Transfer Membership details, please contact the Membership Director)

CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Club Membership offers a lifestyle component that provides health and well-being along with limited golf privileges.
Additonally, Club Membership provides family privileges at our fitness facility, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts, pool and dining/social events.
MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES INCLUDE
May through September, Unlimited Golf Access at Lowest Available Guest Rate
October through December, Golf Access Four Times Per Month at Reduced Guest Rate
4-Day Advanced Tee Time Booking
Not eligible for reciprocal golf play and or participation in club golf events, as determined by the Director of Golf. Tee times only available through the golf shop. Golf access is not available January through April.
Initiation Fees are non-refundable. All dues and fees are subject to sales tax. Initiation fees are subject to change at any time during a fiscal year. Monthly payments are subject to change each year. The club reserves the right to modify Club Member Golf privileges. Covenant on property is required for acceptance into the club. This Club Declaration mandates future buyers of property to become at least a Club Member at Verandah. If Covenant is not executed, the club holds the right to reserve the unissued Membership and, in turn, not offer a Membership to any subsequent buyer of that residence.
GOLF COURSES
At The Verandah Club, our naturally beautiful atmosphere, welcoming community and outstanding golf courses blend together to create the ultimate player’s experience. Our award-winning courses provide all of the elements for a beautiful, fun, but challenging round of golf.
Whispering Oak, designed by Jack Nicklaus & Jack Nicklaus II, provides a breathtaking yet challenging course that will inspire all golfers to play like a champion. This course offers a unique and exciting experience, incorporating natural elements, amazing fairway vistas, and challenging greens.
Old Orange, designed by Bob Cupp, recaptures the “golden era” of golf. The landscaping enhances the natural beauty of the area, making this course a site to see. Members take a sense of spirited camaraderie to the course, which is something that comes easily to the atmosphere of The Verandah Club.
