2026 Club Update: Bye Bye F&B Minimum, Hello Fun!

What a year! Thanks for making our Club Crawls, Holiday Parties, Concerts, Dinner parties, and TN Talks unforgettable. You bring the best energy!
Based on all your feedback through our recent surveys, we heard you loud and clear and are making BIG changes effective January 1st, 2026:
Key Changes
• Food & Beverage Minimum: GONE! Enjoy the club when you want, without the spending pressure. It's time for total flexibility!
• Social Dues Adjustment: There will be an increase of $100 in social member dues to power our exciting new amenities and events. This is a direct investment into your membership experience!
Member-Driven Enhancements: A Look Back at This Year
While we look ahead to 2026, we also want to celebrate the significant improvements and additions we've completed recently, directly enhancing your club experience:
• Culinary Upgrade: We welcomed a New Executive Chef, Major Hall (pictured below), to the team, bringing a fresh perspective and elevated dining offerings across the club.
• Enhanced Dining: Lunch is now served upstairs, providing an improved ambiance and picturesque views!
• Golf Stay & Play Convenience: All Stay and Plays now include two 4-seater golf carts, making it easier and more convenient for you and your guests to explore the property.
• Marina Views: Take a stroll on the beautiful New Marina Riverwalk!
• Nature Exploration: We've developed New Hiking Trails, offering more opportunities for members to connect with the stunning Tennessee National landscape.
• Pickleball Excellence: Phase One of our new pickleball amenities was completed, featuring Four new dedicated pickleball courts with tournament lighting. Please be on the lookout for updates regarding Phase 2!
• Fitness & Wellness: We opened our Fitness Center, which offers personal training and a variety of fitness equipment to help you achieve your wellness goals.
What’s In Our Future?
• Introducing Castaways: Signature Marina Dining! We are thrilled to launch Castaways (rendering pictured above), our new waterfront dining and entertainment venue the vibrant heart of the Tennessee National community.
• Social Calendar Overdrive: More infamous TN Talks, Murder Mystery Dinners, more wine, bourbon, and even beer Pairings, workshops, more FREE live music performances for members, and expanded seasonal events to keep the good times rolling all year long.
• Resort-Style Pool Design Underway: We are thrilled to announce that the design phase has officially commenced for our new, exclusive resort-style pool! Look for more specific details and design renderings to follow soon.
• The Member Dog Park: Breaking ground next year! Get ready for a beautiful, dedicated space for your furry friends to play and socialize. Woof!
• Fitness Focus: Keep crushing your goals with our awesome Fitness Center and amazing trainer, Josh Hensley (pictured below)! Mark your calendar for his exciting TN Talk on December 17th a great way to finish the year strong.
