Membership issued in the name of the corporation, firm or group and is then assigned to designee(s). Minimum of one Principal Membership per Corporate Membership and up to three designees. Initiation fee will increase with each additional designee. Member fee does not include sales tax and is subject to change without notice. Some restrictions apply.
