Page 1

Hello,

WELCOME TO STONE CREEK GOLF CLUB

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on your Membership decision and to welcome you to Stone Creek Golf Club. As the club’s newest Member, you are embarking on a journey which will include many opportunities to play golf, make new friends, and enjoy the many social activities that take place at and around the club and community. I want you to know that the entire Team at Stone Creek is committed to taking your experience here beyond your expectations.

As a new Member, I invite you to stop by my office for a brief visit at your convenience. It would be my pleasure to introduce you to a few of the key Team Members, go over some of the important policies and procedures, and answer any questions you may have. There is quite a bit going on here and I would like to let you know how to access it. A good conversation about Stone Creek will most certainly help you to enjoy the club as much as possible right from the beginning.

In your welcome packet you will find the information necessary to register your online account along with other items of importance mentioned below. Please take the time to get registered and follow up with any questions you may have about the system. Club dues are charged to that account on the last day of the month for the following month and are the only item charged in advance. The dues charged March 31, as an example, are for April. Your statement will show the initiation fee(if applicable) and full dues amount along with anything you may have charged at the grille or in the golf shop. Your initiation fee where applicable will only be charged on your first month’s statement. Your payment source will be charged on the 10th of every month, so there’s no need to do anything with making a payment. Within your welcome folder you will find the Member Plan along with the Rules and Regulations for the club, a Membership card that you will be asked to show potentially upon receiving discounts or charging to your account, and a cart agreement that must be filled out prior to bringing your cart on property.

So, again, welcome and thank you for selecting Stone Creek Golf Club. If you have questions or concerns about anything at the club or if I can help you in any way, please do not hesitate to ask. I can be reached at 352-854-1272 or at mrussell@hampton.golf.

I look forward to meeting with you and wish you all the best at Stone Creek!

Regards,
