1. Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone or tablet. 2. Search for ClubCentral by ForeTees. 3. Download the ForeTees app and wait for it to install. 4. Open the online app. 5. Inside the app tap on “Email Me My Credentials” and enter your email address that is used at your club. 6. You’ll be sent an email from ForeTees with your app login credentials. In this email there will be link called “Tap Here To Login” tap that on your mobile device with the ForeTees app installed on and it will log you in.

MEMBER REGISTRATION & LOGIN PROCESS Navigate the Member login page by going to www.northlandcountryclub.com. To register your account, click on "Member Login" in the top right. At the bottom of the following page click "Don't have an account? Sign up" to create your account. Complete the fields with the same information that is on your application.

LOG IN, LOG OFF & FORGOT PASSWORD Log in by going to www.northlandcountryclub.com and clicking on "Member Login" in the top right. If you should forget your password at some point in the future, you can retrieve it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" within the Member login area. From there, you will be required to enter the email address you provided during the registration process and click "Reset Password". An email will be sent to you, including a link by which you can reset your password. As a reminder, please make sure to set up your accounts as soon as possible. MONTHLY STATEMENTS The statement will be dated the last day of the month; however, the dues billed on each statement are for the upcoming month. If you find an error on your statement, please contact the Accounting Office with a note of explanation or a phone call and an adjustment will be made. Signing your Member Number clearly on every check and making sure other Members in your family use the correct number will help to eliminate such errors. NCC’s bylaws require that statements be paid by the 15th of each month.

DINING CLUBHOUSE All Guests must comply with these clubhouse rules and all other governing documents of the club. All family Members and Guests of a Member must be accompanied by the sponsoring Member while using the club facilities, unless the sponsoring Member notifies the appropriate personnel of the club in advance that their family Members and/or Guests will be using the club facilities on a particular date. Any person using the club facilities as a Guest must be registered by the sponsoring Member with the club. The club reserves the right to request identification by each Guest. Members are requested to exercise discretion respecting the frequency with which they invite a particular Guest. The club may allow, disallow or restrict Guests in the club’s sole discretion. In addition, the club may allow use of the club facilities by Guests on such terms, conditions, rates, and with such privileges as the club determines in its sole discretion, from time to time. Guests and their sponsoring Member will be jointly and severally liable for all Guest fees and charges. Additionally, the club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to set a maximum number of times a Member’s Guest can use the club facilities on an annual basis. No Member or their Guest will be permitted in the clubhouse unless appropriately attired. It is not appropriate to wear hats or caps in the clubhouse. The exception to the rule is the Locker Rooms. Persons who are barefoot or wearing swimwear shall not be considered appropriately attired. The attire for lunch and dinner in the Fireside Dining Room will be “Country Club Casual.” Casual wear must be appropriate and in good taste. We request reservations to help us ensure a pleasurable dining experience. Knowing the number in your party and your expected time of arrival will allow us to better serve our Members and Guests. If you have special requests such as a seating preference, dietary restrictions or food allergies, please notify a Team Member. We will be happy to accommodate you and your Guests.

SWIMMING POOL SNACK BAR The Snack Bar will be open as determined by the General Manager. Children of Members shall be deemed authorized by their parents to charge at the Snack Bar unless a disclaimer of permission signed by the parent is on file at the business office. Members will be responsible for all purchases made by their children. No food or drink shall be permitted at the pool edge. No glass containers of any kind will be permitted on the pool deck. No food, other than food for infant children or children with food allergies, will be allowed to be brought into the pool or patio area. However, on Mondays when the club kitchen is closed, food may be brought in from the outside.

If your service or food does not meet your expectations, please make a Team Member aware so it may be corrected for you. It is our pleasure to make your dining experience a great one; we need to hear when we have not fulfilled our obligations.

GOLF TEE TIMES Tee Times are available to Members fourteen (14) days in advance. There may be up to five (5) players in a single tee time. Members are permitted to make no more than two (2) consecutive tee times per day in advance of the day of play. If a group desires to play a second round on the same day, they may book it the morning of play with the golf shop. During periods of low utilization, the golf shop may approve booking a replay round prior to the day of play. Guests that play a second round on the same day will be subject to the replay rate. It is required that all players’ names be listed on the tee time prior to the day of play. Members may utilize the Member “X” on Foretees to reserve a tee time. Members must fill in their playing partners’ names at least three (3) days before their tee time or Foretees will automatically cancel the tee time.

CARTS All players must use a golf cart or caddie (when available) on Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays before 10AM from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Pushcarts are available for Members & Guests to rent. The rate is listed in the Golf Rates & Fees section of the Member handbook.

D R E S S C O D E (Practice Facility & Course) Gentlemen – Golf-specific attire, including collared golf shirts, blade-collared golf shirts, Bermudalength golf shorts, and golf pants. Golf-specific hoodies and golf-specific drawstring pants or joggers are acceptable. Golf shirts must be tucked in. Ladies – Golf-specific attire, including collared golf shirts, blade-collared golf shirts, and golf pants, dresses, skirts, and skorts of appropriate length. Sleeveless golf shirts are acceptable provided they have a collar, as are golf-specific hoodies and golf-specific drawstring pants or joggers. Yoga pants or leggings are allowed. Dependents – Golf shirts, golf t-shirts and Bermuda-length shorts or pants; shorts must be mid-thigh or longer. Tank tops, denim jeans, gym shorts, tennis shorts, cutoffs, bathing suits and sweatpants are not permitted. Shoes – Soft-spiked golf shoes or tennis shoes only. Please use caution while playing the hilly terrain.

G O L F S I M U L ATO R During the winter months, the NCC Simulator will be open Tuesday–Sunday. Please note the last reservation will be one half-hour before closing. The simulator will be closed on holidays as determined by the club Team Members.

BAG STORAGE Golf Members (excluding National & Junior Memberships) are allowed to store one (1) golf bag at no charge (included in the annual golf fee). Golf Members may choose to store additional golf bags at the cost of $100 per bag. There is limited space available for Pushcart storage. The fee is $100 to store a personal pushcart.

G OLF (Continued) PA C E O F P L AY The Golf Committee emphasizes that maintaining a proper pace of play is essential, with all groups expected to complete their rounds in four hours or less, including Guest rounds, matches, and leagues. Any group recording a “slow time” of 4 hours and 20 minutes or more will result in each Member receiving a letter, with the first serving as a warning and a second offense in the same year leading to a two-week restriction on play before 3:00 p.m., though groups that stay properly positioned behind the group ahead will not be penalized. To support good pace, Members are encouraged to play ready golf, carry an extra ball, and choose appropriate tees.

G U E S T P L AY Guests may play at any time when accompanied by a Member, with all guest names required on the tee sheet, and Members may host up to seven Guests during low-utilization periods with approval from the Head Golf Professional. Guests may play Northland no more than five times per year, and accompanied Guests receive a discounted replay rate for a second same-day round, which counts toward the annual limit. Family Guests—defined as parents, siblings, adult children or grandchildren, and equivalent in-laws—must be hosted by the family member to receive the family rate, while Junior Guests must be 18 or younger. Members may sponsor one unaccompanied Guest foursome per season, and all unaccompanied play—sponsored or not—must be approved by the Head Golf Professional, cannot be booked before Member access, and requires a forecaddie when available.

DEPENDENT GOLFERS Children of Members have golf privileges through age 23, with dependent Members allowed to make tee times and play at any time when accompanied by an adult. Those aged 13 or older may play unaccompanied except on weekends and holidays before 10:00 a.m., while those under 13 must be accompanied or receive approval from the Head Golf Professional. Dependent Members may participate in the Club Championship by paying the entry fee and qualifying, and any child of a Member employed by the club must follow employee rules while on duty.

GOLF LESSONS The PGA Professional Team is available to assist you in improving your golf game. Arrangements for golf instruction may be made by contacting the golf shop or one of the PGA Instructors.

A D D I T I O N A L G O L F I N F O R M AT I O N Northland Country Club uses a Lightning Detection Service that alerts staff when a strike occurs within 10 miles, prompting them to sound air horns—one long blast signals all golfers to leave the course immediately, while three short blasts indicate play may resume. All golfers must seek shelter as soon as the horns sound, and delays remain in effect until no strikes are detected within the 10-mile radius for at least 15 consecutive minutes. POOL & COURT SPORTS Members of Northland Country Club enjoy the city’s only full-size, heated outdoor swimming pool that has a zero-entry for kids. Open all season long, the pool offers endless entertainment and relaxation on long summer days for Members and their families. Northland Country Club offers its Members two lighted tennis courts and the Tennis Hut building where families are encouraged to be a part of the action at the courts. It’s more than just a perk of Membership— it’s a main feature! As a Member of Northland Country Club, you can enjoy the finest tennis amenities as well. Watch your children in comfort as they take a lesson or gather with friends after a match. This will surely become a favorite place to be for all ages.
