Harbor Hills Country Club will automatically sign you up for the Newsletter which is delivered to your email, keeping you informed of upcoming events and happenings around the club. If you are not receiving this, please call our office – it is an important way of staying current with what is going on at the club.
MONTHLY STATEMENTS
The statement will be dated the last day of the month; however, the dues billed on each statement are for the upcoming month. If you find an error on your statement, please contact the Accounting Office with a note of explanation or a phone call and an adjustment will be made. Signing your Member Number clearly on every check and making sure other Members in your family use the correct number will help to eliminate such errors. Payment is due upon reciept and a late fee of $25 and 18% interest will be charged to those not paid by the 15th of the month.
GOLFING MEMBERS OPTIONAL CHARGES:
Annual Trail Fee s: $1,416 (single), $1,548 (family)
Locker Rental: $8 per-month
Handicap: $40 per Member, per season
Professional Lessons: $60 Adult One Hour

MEMBERSHIP PRIVILAGES
DINING AT THE GRILLE
Our Signature Grille is open seven days a week and serves dinner every Wednesday. Our magnificent Harbor Terrace Dining Room serves a brunch every Sunday and special dinner & theater shows are scheduled throughout the year.
If your service or food does not meet your expectations, please make a Team Member aware so it may be corrected for you. It is our pleasure to make your dining experience a great one; we need to hear when we have not fulfilled our obligations.
SWIMMING
The club’s Jr. Olympic-sized pool is heated for year-round use. Swim laps, take advantage of one of our water aerobic classes or simply enjoy the amazing views of Lake Griffin from the pool terrace. Patio tables, chairs, umbrellas and lounge chairs are conveniently located on the pool deck & terrace; making this the per fect location for those leisurely summer days.
FITNESS CENTER & SAUNA
Our state-of-the-art Fitness Center is fully equipped with Life Fitness exercise equipment. The equipment is balanced between maintaining cardio and aerobic fitness as well as toning and muscle strengthening. Private Jacuzzi, steam & sauna rooms are located in both our Men & Women’s Locker Rooms. Take advantage of our private changing rooms equipped with individual lockers, showers and bathroom facilities that make taking one of our many exercise classes or utilizing the fitness room a convenient part of your everyday schedule.
TENNIS & PICKLEBALL
Reserve tennis court times up to seven days in advance. Get in shape with private or group tennis lessons from our seasoned tennis instructor. Harbor Hills’ Har-Tru clay courts are lighted for evening play and meticulously maintained.
GOLF
TEE TIMES
Members are encouraged to make tee times by using the online booking system or you may call the golf shop at 3352-753-7711. Tee times may be made up to one week in advance. All Members must check into the golf shop prior to teeing off. In an effort to better serve the Members, and in the case of an emergency, we do need to know when you are on the golf course. All play must start from the designated tee of the day.
CARTS
Golfers utilizing carts are required to stop into the golf shop and sign for their cart prior to play.
DRESS CODE (Practice Facility
& Course)
Gentlemen – Golf shirts with sleeves and collars must be worn. Bermuda-length shorts or pants; shorts must be mid-thigh or longer. Tank tops, denim jeans, are not permitted.
Ladies – Golf shirts with sleeves or collars, please. Bermuda length shorts and skirts or pants must be worn; shorts and skirts must be mid-thigh or longer. suits, tank tops and halter tops
Dependents – Golf shirts, golf t-shirts and Bermuda-length shorts or pants; shorts must be mid-thigh or longer. Tank tops , denim jeans, gym shorts, tennis shorts, cutoffs, bathing suits and sweatpants are not permitted. Shoes – Soft-spiked golf shoes or tennis shoes only. Please use caution while playing the hilly terrain.
PRACTICE RANGE
The Practice Range is open daily from 7AM to dark for your convenience. Range balls are available to HH Members and their Guests. The practice range is closed on Mondays for maintenance. You will encounter some days when we ask that you confine your full shots to the mats.

PACE OF PLAY
Golf rounds at HHCC should take no more than four hours to complete. Please maintain your pace by keeping up with the group in front of you. Should you find yourself falling behind, please allow the group behind you to play through. Please be considerate and keep things moving once you have started your round. Should you need advice on pace of play, the Golf Team will be happy to assist.
DEPENDENT GOLFERS
Dependent Golfers shall be entitled to play at all times, with exceptions being at the discretion of the Golf Professional. All Dependent Golfers must start at the first tee unless granted permission from the Team. Children under the age of 15 must either be accompanied by an adult or have approval from the Professional Team.
GOLF LESSONS
Our PGA Professional is available to assist you in improving your golf game. Arrangements for Golf Instruction may be made by contacting the Golf shop or one of the PGA Instructors.
ADDITIONAL GOLF INFORMATION
Please note that the golf course is a high-risk lightning area. At the first sight of bad weather, all Golfers should stop play and seek one of the shelters located on the course, or the clubhouse. It is the responsibility of each Golfer to be aware of changing weather conditions and to seek shelter. Be safe, please.

If you would like to try new clubs from the golf shop, or schedule a golf club fitting, please reach out to the Professional Golf Team Team Members.
SPECIAL EVENTS & CATERING
Harbor Hills Country Club has a long history of treating private event as if it were our own. Our Event Coordinators will assist you in customizing your menu, decor, entertainment and more. We offer a range of menu options, wireless connections for seminars, outdoor amenities for wedding ceremonies or summer barbecues. Contact the Club’s Catering Office, schedule a private tour and begin planning your special event today!
