ORENDER SERVICE AWARD The Orender Service Award was created in honor of the man who founded Hampton Golf, Mr. MG Orender. Back in 1999, MG saw a need in the golf industry for a management company that does more than just manage but provides a level of care, skill, and service that is unmatched. Hampton Golf was therefore established, and the goals and values that started it all in 1999 are the same goals and values we have today. JULY 4 TH CELEBRATION More than 400 Members and guests joined the club in celebrating 250 years of America’s independence.
THE APPROACH GRAND OPENING On July 11, the club celebrated the official grand opening and ribbon-cutting of The Approach with a Summer Gatsby Affair theme. The special occasion commemorated an exciting new chapter at Deerwood.
BOOK CLUB GROUP Each month, the Deerwood Book Club meets to review and discuss a chosen book. Often, the Author of the book will offer to do a Zoom and interact with the club - it’s always a great night.

CLUBHOUSE RENOVATION Exciting Progress at Laurel Oak There’s an exciting transformation underway at Laurel Oak! Our clubhouse renovation continues to make great progress, and we’re pleased to share a glimpse behind the scenes as the vision for our refreshed clubhouse begins to take shape. With each passing week, new spaces are emerging and we’re getting an even better picture of what’s ahead. There is still much to come, but watching the transformation unfold has made this an especially exciting time at the club. Each milestone brings us closer to a beautifully reimagined clubhouse where our Members can gather, dine, celebrate, and enjoy time together for years to come. We look forward to sharing more progress, and a few more sneak peeks, as we continue this exciting chapter at Laurel Oak!
THE JONES COURSE ENTERS ITS NEXT CHAPTER After months of work across the Jones Course, we’ve reached a milestone worth celebrating. Leibold has officially completed its work and is now off property, bringing the primary construction phase of the renovation to a close. Improvements throughout the project have touched everything from the driving range and course infrastructure to drainage, bridges, landscaping, and other key areas, all with the goal of creating an enhanced golf experience for our members. Now, the course is in the hands of Laurel Oak’s GCM team as they focus on grow-in, turf establishment, and the finishing details that will prepare the Jones Course for play. It’s a rewarding moment to see months of planning and construction give way to this final stage, and we look forward to watching the course mature as we move closer to welcoming Members back.

STILLWATER SEAFOOD SHACK Stillwater’s first-ever seafood boil—the Stillwater Seafood Shack—was a huge success! One of our fastest-filled events and best-attended gatherings so far, the evening brought great food, laid-back vibes, and plenty of fun.
