The Orender Service Award was created in honor of the man who founded Hampton Golf, Mr. MG Orender. Back in 1999, MG saw a need in the golf industry for a management company that does more than just manage but provides a level of care, skill, and service that is unmatched. ASTOR CREEK GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB - PORT ST. LUCIE, FL
Construction of the clubhouse at Astor Creek is progressing well. The walls are up, exterior columns are filled, and half of the interior now has slab flooring. The 25,000-square-foot structure will feature a luxurious restaurant and bar, fitness center, locker rooms, game room, and more. Exterior amenities will include 16 pickleball courts, four tennis courts, a basketball court, bocce ball, a resortstyle swimming pool with lap lanes, and an event lawn with a stage.
Astor Creek will have 900 homesites over 700 acres, a championship golf course, a 15-acre practice range, and a three-acre short game practice area. It is located about two miles from I-95, less than an hour from Palm Beach International Airport, 90 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport, and under three hours from Disney World. The sales center is open daily, showcasing twelve model homes and offering a glimpse of the active lifestyle community that awaits.

A striking new sign now graces the entrance, inviting Members and Guests into an atmosphere of elegance and tradition. The golf course itself is in pristine condition, with lush fairways and manicured greens that promise an exceptional playing experience. Adding to the club’s charm, the Chef has embarked on a delightful culinary project, cultivating a garden filled with fresh herbs. This initiative ensures that Members can savor the vibrant flavors of justpicked ingredients, elevating their dining experience.

Hampton Golf’s Support Center has been volunteering for the MaliVai Washington Youth Foundation, which provides children and teens with essential resources for positive growth and development. Hosted by Hampton Golf’s Support Center Team, this event offers a unique opportunity to delve into the inner workings of each department and discover how they can propel your career forward. Members had an amazing time at Kings Gate Golf Club, where they recently hosted a variety of events that brought together their wonderful community. The Can-Am golf tournament saw participants showcasing their skills and enjoying a day of friendly competition on the greens. The Kentucky Derby event was a vibrant celebration, with everyone donning their best hats and cheering on their favorite horses. Additionally, they had a fantastic private event that highlighted the club's versatility in creating memorable experiences for all. Thank you to everyone who joined and made these events truly special!
The wine pairing event at Kings Gate Golf Club was a delightful success. Members savored an array of exquisite wines, perfectly complemented by a live saxophone performance. The evening was marked by a harmonious blend of fine flavors and smooth melodies, creating an unforgettable experience for all attendees.

MetroWest Golf Club continues its course and clubhouse renovations. The Sunshine Tavern and the remainder of the first floor have both been worked on extensively!
Improving Course Conditions

NORTHLAND COUNTRY CLUB - DULUTH, MN
We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of Northland Country Club's brandnew tennis courts! These state-of-the-art facilities are designed to provide Members with the finest playing experience. The club looks forward to hosting many thrilling matches and fostering a vibrant tennis community.
Clara Kramer was awarded the July Employee Spotlight for her commitment and dedication to the club and its Members. She consistently represents Hampton Golf’s guiding principles: be safe, fun, present, positive, and valuable in all Member and Guest interactions! Her keen attention to detail and upbeat, positive attitude puts her above her peers. Well deserved!
The club is proud of Member, Jasi Acharya, on capturing her third Women’s Invitational title in a row! After completing the first round with 40 points, Jasi finished her second round with a birdie on the 18th hole to finish with 78 points overall and win by 1 point.

Kim Jakobs recently received the Orender Service Award from Hampton Golf in recognition of her exemplary service while conducting her duties for The Palencia Club & Hampton Golf.
Kimmy has been a shining star over the years and this award is certainly well deserved. The Team is very proud, and they look forward to many more milestone accomplishments during her golf career!

The "Out of this World" parade, part of the local Miamisburg Spring Fling, was a vibrant celebration filled with cosmic-themed floats and costumes. The event drew a large crowd, eager to enjoy the festivities. Among the attendees were Steve Haver, a part-time cook, and Emily Gilvin, the Food & Beverage Manager, who both represented their organization with enthusiasm and pride. Their presence at the parade highlighted their active community involvement and commitment to local events. The parade featured a variety of space-themed attractions, captivating both participants and spectators with its creativity and spirit.
ST. CLOUD COUNTRY CLUB -
MONTROSE, MN
St. Cloud Country Club is in quite the pickle, and it couldn’t be happier! This club was featured in the news for their exciting new pickleball courts! Click here and here to read the articles.
Renovations for the lower level began in January and were completed in mid-April. The club added a game room, golf simulator, new men's and ladies’ locker rooms/office space, and expanded their pro shop. The new amenities are stunning and the season is in full swing!
The Chef has been busy at St. Cloud Country Club! There have been multiple exquisite events, including the “Chef’s Booth” event, where Members enjoyed a delicious food and wine experience while building their own charcuterie boards.
The club was proud to take part in the Chef’s Gala to support the Anna Marie’s Alliance. This charity organization works to end relationship abuse. Chef Jon’s fabulous work was featured during this event.
It was a beautiful day for the St. Cloud State University Sportacular! All proceeds benefit the intercollegiate athletic programs at St. Cloud State. Go Huskies!

The Kentucky Derby Party at Southern Hills Plantation Club was a spectacular event filled with elegance and excitement. Guests dressed in their finest Derby attire, complete with stylish hats and vibrant outfits. The club was beautifully decorated, capturing the essence of the Derby with themed decorations and fun!
Jim Knierim (General Manager) and his Team were thrilled to get Vice President of Marketing, Justin Kuehn, dressed up in the grooviest attire for Disco Bingo Night! Members and Team Members all had a blast in the popular event.
The PGA of America named John Somers of Southern Hills Plantation Club as one the 10 PGA of America Golf Professionals who will compete in the United States Team against Great Britain & Ireland in the 31st PGA Cup. STILLWATER GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB - ST. JOHNS, FL
Stillwater Golf & Country Club is pleased to introduce their new Lifestyle & Membership Team Member, Lesya Maguire! From an early age, Lesya's distinctive feature was her ability to create a sense of celebration from small things. Growing up in a big, happy Ukrainian family, communication, Guests, and music were always constant companions. Starting from age 13, she continued to develop professional skills in the Hospitality & Travel Industry.
Fun fact: Lesya has two Master's degrees and has traveled to 20 countries. More than 12 years ago, she moved to the States and was chosen to lead VIP Guest Relations in a Beverly Hills 5-star property. After significant achievements in California, she was transferred to Miami. There, she created an exquisite variety of lifestyle experiences and was offered the position of Director of Lifestyle in one of the most significant residential communities in all of South Florida.
Every time she enters the work environment, she is ready to make someone's day a little bit better and brighter. Her passion is to lead through excellence in every single detail. Lesya invests professional experience and endless enthusiasm into serving valued homeowners by providing exceptional customer service, communication, and organization skills.
Her immediate family is in Kyiv, Ukraine. Recently, she and her husband Mark moved from Miami to the St. Augustine area and feel extremely blessed to have built a family nest in such a heavenly location. Lesya is looking forward to meeting everyone and creating an exquisite partnership to help Hampton Golf thrive!
The club recently began the event, “A Cup Of Joe With Your Lifestyle Expert.” This event aims to help Members realize the opportunities around them, as well as assist with any questions the community may have. So far, this event is off to a great start, with many Members in attendance!
TARA GOLF & COUNTRY CLUBBRADENTON, FL
The club was thrilled to award Amanda Ewert with an Orender Service Award for excellent work within the club. Congratulations, Amanda! She has been a valued Team Member since January of 2024.
Tara Golf & Country Club hosted a two-day training session focused on service and hospitality. Vice President of Food & Beverage Operations, Bryan Reed, conducted the training and helped Tara’s servers tackle day-to-day situations with grace. We congratulate the Team on their hard work and dedication to improvement!
The club welcomes Jill Orologio, Executive Assistant! Jill, her husband, and her two grown daughters have recently relocated to Florida from upstate New York. In her previous work, Jill was a Membership Director for a private, Member-owned club. She joins the Team with valuable experience and knowledge in the club and hospitality arena.
The club also welcomes Nicole Byrnes, Administrative Assistant! Nicole is from Rochester, NY, and she relocated to Sarasota in 2021. She most recently worked for a national property management firm. Her skills have been a great addition to the Team!
The golf department has been busy with summer learning programs. The First Tee of Sarasota/Manatee held a level 1 course at the club, and Melissa Williams (Head Golf Professional) became a certified Level 1 Coach! Nathan Weber, the First Assistant, passed his level 2 tests and will now sit for level 3 of PGA. Nathan hopes to get his Class A by the end of the summer!
The Women’s Golf Day event and sale was a huge success! Many Members attended, even in the rainy conditions.
The Golf Course Maintenance Team did their first aerification of the summer season and it has turned out fantastic. The summer rains will soon be here to green up the course!
