NON-RESIDENT
GOLF MEMBERSHIP
Invitational Golf Membership provides access to the golf course, the club’s driving range, Toptracer, short game complex, practice putting greens, and upon its completion, clubhouse dining.
MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES INCLUDE
• 10-Day Advanced Tee Time Reservations
• Unlimited Driving Range & Practice Facility Access
• Unlimited Golf Privileges as outlined in the Rules & Regulations
* Please note that this Membership is for the primary Member & spouse only
ANNUAL DUES: $6,300 BILLED MONTHLY: $525 INITIATION FEE: $6,000
* Please not that the initiation fee is a pre-opening, limited-time rate.
Non-Resident memberships can be terminated by the club at any time. Non-Resident memberships will be terminated in the following manner: Last in, First out.
* If a Membership is terminated without cause within the first three years, 100% of the initiation fee will be refunded. If a Membership is terminated in year four, 75% of the initiation fee will be refunded. If a Membership is terminated in year five, 50% of the initiation fee will be refunded. All Memberships terminated beyond five years are not subject to a refund of initiation fees.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR FITNESS CLASSES?

ARE DINING RESERVATIONS REQUIRED?
When Fairway’s Tavern opens, dinner reservations are suggested, however, lunch reservations are not necessary. To make a dinner reservation, you may call: (772) 242-6892
WHAT ARE THE GRATUITY/TIPPING POLICIES?
An automatic 20% service charge is added to all food and beverage purchases. For outside golf operations, tipping is at the discretion of the Member.
MAY I BRING GUESTS TO GLYNLEA?
We encourage Members to bring their friends. Guest fees vary, depending on the time of year.
