Halo, my name is Firlya Hasna, a content creator with 1-year experience in social media notably TikTok. I have strengthened my skills in developing and executing the TikTok account from organic strategy to paid strategy from scratch until gaining 10K followers & 400K likes in total. My understanding of TikTok trends, policy, and creators, would help your social media team to optimize the TikTok account.

CAN YOU IMAGINE? None like any other TikTok business account such as apparel, beauty product, e-commerce, etc, an online butcher shop like @hapimeats can also grow its business even it may seem uncommon for the TikTok audience. This has val my strategy, as a former content creator at HAP! Meats, works well to expand and engage more potential customers until @hapimeats reaches deepest marketing funnel which is sales (the feedback attached on the next page as well).

HOW I ATTRACT CUSTOMERS

Back in July 2021, there were several Indonesian trends across the internet (corona, PPKM, high demand on food delivery service).

I marked this situation as a chance to gain more TikTok Views by elaborating the trend and the business, so the audience feels relatable and uplifting the urge to buy the product.

The Feedback

This testimony was found on Shopee Mall @hapimeats after HAP! Meats enable Ads in July 2021 The main objective of the Ads actually to gain 'video view'. However, the feedback has proved this ad can attract customer until lead to sales.

This video used to be a sneak peek of collaboration between HAP! Meats & Tasya Farasya, Tasyi Athasyia during Ramadan 2021 campaign. But it didn't work well, because: not interactive did not use trending music This video has been played by 2300+ times with 50 likes.

LESSON LEARNED

After doing some improvement to be more UGC (User Generated Content), I create another video to be: interactive through QnA 'This or That Ramadan Edition' related to Ramadan food & rituals use trending Ramadan music This video has been played by 3.1M times with 202K likes & successfully raise the awareness of HAP! Meats.

HOW I ATTRACT CUSTOMERS ORGANIC STRATEGY

For daily content creation, I generate ideas around tips, do's and dont's, and recipes of cooking frozen meat at home for TikTok audiences notably adult. This type of content can engage the audience to be more interactive and increase online visibility on For Your Page (FYP) until gained 300K-400K views and 9-12K likes.
