How to book your group holiday
We love group organisers – the people who put plans in place, set things in motion, and make things happen! So, whether it’s for family, friends, colleagues, or a club, let your dedicated Account Manager take the stress out of organising your group getaway.

Let’s find the perfect trip for your group. Once you’ve discussed when and where you’d like to travel with your group (mountain, coast, special interest, UK or Europe etc.), give us a call — we’ll recommend the best options to suit your needs.
STEP 2 GUEST LIST & PAY DEPOSIT
We’ll hold your provisional booking for 4-6 weeks while you gather guest details and deposits. Let your Account Manager know of any special requirements, and keep us updated if anything changes.
If you’re hiring one of our houses for exclusive sole occupancy, the guest list is required 14 weeks before departure, and full balance due 12 weeks before departure. For all holidays not based at our country houses, deposits are due 4 weeks after provisional booking.
STEP 3 PAY YOUR BALANCE
£175: UK HF Country House holidays (less than 7 nights)
£200: UK HF Country House holidays (7 nights or more) 8 weeks prior to departure (12 weeks for sole occupancy groups)
£250: UK Partner accommodation holidays
£300: European holidays 12 weeks prior to departure
£500: Worldwide holidays 14 weeks prior to departure
All payments need to be made by the group organiser via ‘My Account’ on our website, BACS or via phone.
