My heartfelt gratitude extends to everyone in our faith family. Whether you’ve just joined us or have been here for years, you’re creating a lasting difference. Our history reflects our service to families, our church, and our community. From the 1942 founding of our mother church, St. Alice, to the 1965 dedication of our parish home, Holy Family Catholic Church, we have continued to flourish while responding to necessary changes. In 2014, a comprehensive master plan was developed which identified needs and future requirements. We completed phase one of the plan with the parking garage and connecting hallway along with other needed improvements. It is now time to build on the progress and move forward. We have established a new committee of parishioners to evaluate our current requirements as well as future needs for our school and our church. I sincerely ask you and your family, in prayer, to consider supporting these necessary and exciting steps for our parish community. We remember the many sacrifices made by previous generations, which have resulted in the faith community we have today. It is our turn and our responsibility to continue this legacy of strong Catholic faith. OUR FAITH! OUR FAMILY! OUR FOUNDATION!
For over 80 years, Holy Family Catholic Church has been the spiritual home for generations of families. Our vibrant faith community is enriched by more than 70 active ministries, including our dynamic parish school, all dedicated to living out Christian discipleship and stewardship. With growth and changing requirements, there are challenges and opportunities. We have therefore engaged in an informed and deliberative process to update our decade-old Master Plan in response to the urgent needs for facilities, functionality, and access at both our church and our school. As a result, Holy Family is pleased to announce the beginning of Our Faith, Our Family, Our Foundation Capital Campaign.
Heavenly Father, You provided us with the Holy Family of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, as our model of love, sacrifice, and trust in Your providence. We turn to You as we step forward in faith, seeking to build a new home for our youngest disciples and to renew the sacred space where we worship and give glory to God. Bless our parish family with unity of heart, gratitude for the sacrifices of the generations who came before us, generosity in spirit, and perseverance in the work ahead. May our efforts today bear fruit for generations to come, so that the faith we cherish may be passed on. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
