2023 Leadership in Arts & Education Awards
ON MONDAY, MARCH 27TH, alumni and friends of Harding Fine Arts Academy Foundation celebrated the 10th Anniversary Leadership in Arts & Education Awards, presented by Richard and Glenna Tanenbaum. Thanks to generous support from the community, we were able to raise over $70,000 for the Foundation’s general operations, which helps support the activities and programs of our award-winning public charter school.
The Leadership in Arts & Education Awards recognizes those who have made sustainable and inspiring contributions to the arts and education in Oklahoma. This year, we were thrilled to honor A. Max Weitzenhoffer, Jr. with the John & Joy
Reed Belt Award, Inasmuch Foundation with the Community Impact Award, Frank A. Keating with the Innovation in Education Award, Joe Williams 1963 graduate with the Outstanding Harding High School Alumni Award, and Luke Wittmann 2013 graduate with the Outstanding Harding Fine Arts Alumni Award.
We are grateful to all those who attended the event, including our sponsors, donors, and volunteers. Sponsors of this year’s event included Richard and Glenna Tanenbaum, Cathy and Frank Keating, A. Max Weitzenhoffer, Jr., BancFirst, Jean and Walt Hendrickson, Kirkpatrick Foundation, Brooke and Mike Murphy, Weston and Russanne Solomon, and many more.
