T
oday we love to share a tutorial with you - how to paint a clematis with watercolor step by step. Here, you might try to follow the steps and pick up some techniques easily!
TOOLS: There have a variety of brushes for you to choose from. It depends on which objects, sizes, and shapes you’ll need. Today we only use two size brushes: Raphael Series 835 watercolor brush size 10 and no#1 Fan brush. We used 300gsm Hot pressed Watercolour paper and please prepare two cups of water. One for rinse the paint off your brush and the other for keeping your brush moist. COLORS: In this clematis painting, we use cadmium yellow for the stamen. Mix the color of Indian red, cadmium red medium, and cobalt violet for the petal. STEP 1 Find some clematis pictures, at least two images are preferred to achieve the best painting. Choose a close up shot image and you can see how much detail it has, then choose another one with your favourite petal shapes to follow. STEP 2 Then mix water with the pigments, apply cadmium red medium and cobalt violet for the first layer of petals

HeyHey Collection - WE096 (left) WE097(right) STEP 3 After that, blend the color with Indian red,cadmium red medium and cobalt violet for the center of the petals (the latter two colors we have already mixed, therefore simply add in indian red and blend it together). STEP 4 Now wait for a few minutes for the petals to dry and add a touch of darker colors to make the petals slightly blocked in. Then apply cadmium yellow for the stamen and hooker green for the leaves. STEP 5 When the above parts are all done, outline the flower with Indian red and cadmium red medium , then apply the same color to draw some lines from the top of the petals to the stamen which emphasize the pattern details. ĺ›?

Tips Various effects can be obtained depending on the choice of papers and brushes, and the opacity of the paint will depend on how much water you mix in, thus, test the “tools” before making your first move!

But the truth is, intake of too much unhealthy food not only fail to deliver the nourishment we need, but also wrecking us physically and mentally. health concern, no worries , because you can always nourish yourself with delicious foods that are made of healthy! When should I start designing my invitation?

We recommend starting the design process as soon as possible! Some projects take more time than others, but custom designs take around 2-3 months, 2 weeks for printing and shipping.

How Many Deposit Should I Pay?

A 50% deposit is required to place the order. (Formboard products need full payment)
Q I want to order a custom design and have some ideas, what should I provide to you? A
That’s great! Please send us any inspiration you have, it can be Pinterest board, inspiration image, color palettes, etc.

What kind of printing do you offer?
A
Most of our projects are printed with Gold Foil. we can do other like letterpress or die-cutting.

How many times layout including?
A
If you choose HeyHey collections that including 2 rounds layout. If more than that it costs up to HKD 50 each time. * The cost will be HKD100 if the design style needs to be altered

If I do not like the layout, can I get my deposit back?
A
We are sorry that the deposit is not refundable. But you can choose our other productions to deduct your deposit.
