Flexible engine mounts, hose connections and fasteners

Every 500 operating hours.

30 Check flexible engine mounts

• Check the bolts which secure the damper element, the mounting bolts to engine bed and the nuts at the adjustment spindle for tightness.

• Inspect the rubber element of the engine support for cracks. Also check the deflection of the damper element, the deflection influences the alignment of engine and propshaft! Re-align engine in case of doubt. • Inspect all hose connections of the coolingsystem. (Cracked hoses, loose hose clamps)
