Abnormality Display Diagnostic trouble code display

1. Purpose and summary

When trouble occurs, a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is displayed on the user screen.

This enables the operator to verbally communicate the trouble to the service engineer. 2. Screen

Just after the work mode with a ! mark next to it, the diagnostic trouble code is displayed as a 4-digit number.

If there is no trouble, nothing at all is displayed.

3. Trouble display

The "ELEC. PROBLEM" or "CHECK ENGINE" message is displayed.

When trouble occurs, the corresponding diagnostic trouble code is displayed. For trouble in which the location is understood from the message, a code is not displayed.

For details, see the "Main unit Diagnostic Trouble Code List". All the diagnostic trouble codes sent from the ECM are subject to display. 4. Displayed trouble status

Only current and ongoing troubles are displayed. Troubles that have been recovered from are not displayed. 5. Multiple trouble display

When multiple troubles occur, they are displayed in turn at 5-second intervals.
