SCV (suction control valve) is 40 % or less, or the SCV target pressure send quantity is 90 mm3/ sec. or less. ・ Main relay power supply voltage is 18 V or higher. ・ DTC: 1630 is not detected. ・ The SCV drive duty is in the range of 10% or more and 90% or less.

Sensor or harness disconnection, short, deterioration ・ Key switch input voltage is 18 V or higher. ・ DTC: 1630, 1632 are not detected. The actual common rail pressure is at least 40 MPa above the target common rail pressure.

The SCV drive milli-amp exceeds the 2400 mA or longer, or the SCV drive milli-amp below the 50 mA, or the difference between the target and the actual milli-amp exceeds the 1000 mA or longer. Atmospheric pressure sensor voltage is below 0.5 V. About 5 sec. High engine vibration, unstable idling speed, output reduction, revving problems, black smoke, and excess output are possible.
