WheelsCheck for damage. Remove oil, metal chips, and anything else that might cause wear and abrasion.Chassis/HandleCheck for damage. Clean often, removing dirt and any other debris.Lifting/LoweringIf lift, neutral, and lower positions are not functioning properly, contact your supervisor.

Daily Service/Safety Checks

WARNING !

Decals and PlatesMake sure that all decals and plates are in place and legible. If not, contact your supervisor or local authorized Raymond Sales and Service Center for a sure that steering functions properly. Make sure there is full steering rotation.

Never neglect the daily service and safety checks. Serious injury may occur. If you discover a fault or damage, report it immediately to your supervisor. Never use a hand pallet lift truck that has faults or is damaged. Read Table3 for daily service check points and required safety action.

Modifications or additions to this hand pallet lift truck that affect its safe use or operation are not permitted without written approval from the manufacturer.Replacement parts should be “Raymond Approved” and obtained from your local authorized Raymond Sales and Service Center. In order to submit a claim for a warranty, you must supply the hand pallet lift truck serial number as well as the date of purchase to your local authorized Raymond Sales and Service Center.
