7.Install HH25R04004G5 Connector (16) to the “P” port of the solenoid valve. Tighten the connector to 29 ± 2 N.m (21 ± 2 lbf-ft) torque. 8.Install 2444Z2894 Elbow (13) to the connector at

“P” port of solenoid valve. 9.Install ZH42X04000 Elbow (74) to the elbow that is connected to the connector in port “P” of the solenoid valve. Position the elbow as shown in

Figure 20. 10.Install ZH22X04000 Connector (71) to the “T” port of the solenoid valve. Tighten the connector to 29 ± 2 N.m (21 ± 2 lbf-ft) torque. 11.Assemble the two ZH32X04000 Elbow (72) to the bottom ports of the solenoid valve (one on port “A” and one on port “B”). Position the elbows as shown in Figure 20. Tighten the elbows to 29 ± 2 N.m (21 ± 2 lbf-ft) torque.

NOTE: Label the pilot hoses for ease of installation and routing. 12.Install 2420R349D110 Hose (5) to the “P” port of the solenoid valve. 13.Install 2444R1120D110 Hose (11) to the “T” port of the solenoid valve. 14.Install 2420R349D305 Hose (6) to the “B” port of the solenoid valve. 15.Install 2420R349D340 Hose (7) to the “A” port of the solenoid valve. 16.Tighten the hoses to the fittings. NOTE: Make sure that the other end of the pilot hoses are plugged and/or covered to prevent dirt from getting inside the hose during routing.
