Opening Covers for Maintenance

Pict.: Rear counter weight:

1.Open engine cover.

2.Loosen the screws for the counter weight (four screws each side).

3.Swing out the counterweights.

Important: The rear counter weights open by loosening both sides and the inner upper capscrews.

The counterweights are mounted on sliding rails, which allows them to be pulled out.

This provides more space for working on the hydraulic pump and diesel engine.
