Protective cover Not damaged or worn on the bearing supports.

Changing the piston assembly. When other components require to be changed, recalibration is required.

Cylinder block and control plate to be changed as a pair.

Insert a centring shaft with a retaining ring. Fit the retaining plate correctly.

Use a little LOCTITE on the screw only.

Grease and fi t the skids and the BELLEVILLE washer (use a screwdriver).

Ensure that all the parts are correctly fi tted.

Fit the pistons.

Press firmly on the pistons in the cup with the cylinder block held in a central position.

Tip the cylinder block to the max (Fig. 40). Fasten the mounting tool and transport protector (Fig. 51)

Is the seal new? (Comparison with Fig. 7)

Heat the protective cover to 80°C – Device Fig. 52

Fit the pre-heated cover. Use a perforated plate to facilitate the operation The mounting tool (Fig. 51) extends beyond the protective cover when the rotor is installed.

Fit the shim and assemble Fig. 7-10
