Caution

The maximum safe oil temperatur e for MACK transmissions 121°C (250°F) for mineral - based oil, 148°C (300°F) for synthetic oil. Continued with oil above this temperatur e will cause rapid deterioration the s lubricating operties and NOT r ecommended. Consult the vendor manual for non - MACK components.

Integrated T emp - A - Start (Amber) (If Equipped) –T emp - AStart" saves fuel reducing the amount time spent idling keep the s batteries charged, the engine warm, the cab and sleeper comfortable. Once the optional T emp - A - feature activated via a dash switch, the system will automatically start and stop the truck engine. Safety overrides prevent the system from activation the transmission gear , the hood up, the parking brake released.
