T owing with MACK Air (AL MAXAIR® 40) Suspension (If Equipped)

During vehicle towing, when the rear axles a chassis with the MACK suspension are raised from the ground, the axle held position the fore - aft torque rods, transverse torque rod and the shock absorbers.

T o prevent damage any these components during rear the following precautions should taken:

• Exhaust the air from the air bags.

• Use chains suitable length and secure the axles the frame.

sur e that the chains not rub against spring members because this could adversely affect spring member life.
