Opening the Hood

T o open the release the locking tabs each side the

With the hood the locked position, pull outward the plastic handle and disengage the locking tab from the hood latch.

Swing the rubber strap and out the way

Repeat this procedure the other side the hood.

Closing the Hood

Note: Remember remove all rags and test equipment from the engine compartment before closing the hood.

T o lock the hood, secure the rubber hold - down straps each side the hood. With the hood set the rubber strap position and force the locking discs into the hood
