Use a fully filling grease appropriate for heavy loaded and/or shock-loaded bearings. Temperature range -30 - +110°°C. Penetration 265 - 295. NLGI2 Crane with central lubrication system. A number of lubrication points are linked with the lubrication lines. Lubricate well the first time and makes sure grease is pushed out from all lubrication points. Use a fully filling grease appropriate for heavy loaded and/or shockloaded bearings. Temperature range -30 - +110°°C. Penetration 265 - 295. NLGI2
It is important that the lubricant really penetrates in between the link plates and the rivets where the large axial pressure occurs. Use a chain spray with low viscosity according to the standards API SJ, ACEA A2 / Chain spray. Hypoid oil according to API: GL-5, MIL-L-2105 C, SAE80W90. The oil is changed for the first time after 250 hours of operation. Then at intervals according to the chart. NOTE! Lubricate carefully before commissioning a new crane. Should the lubrication ducts in e.g. a pivot pin become blocked so that the grease will not go in, immediately stop all further operations. Remove the pivot pin and clean the lubrication duct. No refit the pivot pin and lubricate as shown in the diagram. A turning stop for a pivot pin must always function to prevent damage.
