Locate the right - hand steering cylinder area. Remove discard the clamp (C) , the block (D) and the o- ring (E) . 10. Disconnect and remove the hose (F) the union tee (G) . 1 Disconnect and remove the hose (H) the union tee (L) and from the right - hand cylinder tube (M) . 12. Discard the hoses (F) and (H) .

Install

Axle cooler

Install the axle cooler (17) the frame (P) . Secure with the bolts M8x25 (69) and the washers 9x20x1.6 (68) .

Install the ° elbows (5) the axle cooler (17) . Install the front axle suction tube (25) , the front axle return tube (53) , the rear axle return tube (29) and the rear axle return hose (73) the ° elbows (5) .

Install the ° elbows (26) the front axle suction tube (25) and the rear axle return tube (29) .

Install the ° elbow (27) the front axle return tube (53) .

Install the nuts (24) ° elbows (26) . not tighten.

Install the nut (14) the ° elbow (27) . not tighten.

Install the front axle suction hose (74) and the rear axle suction hose (76) the ° elbows (26) .

Install the front axle return hose (75) the ° elbow (27) . 10. Tighten the nuts (24) and (14) .

1 Install the ° elbows (22) the rear axle suction tube (30) and the front axle suction tube (31) . 12. Install the nut (14) and the washer 26x44x5 (28) the front axle return tube (32) . 13. Install the washers 31x56x4 (23) and the nuts (24) the ° elbows (22) . 14. Install the union (12) the front axle return tube (32) . 15. Install the front axle return hose (75) the union (12) . 16. Install the rear axle suction hose (76) and the front axle suction hose (74) the ° elbows (22) .

17. Install the grommet (18) the rear axle return hose (73) previously mounted the axle cooler (17) .

18. Install the bracket (13) . Secure with the washers 1 1x20x2 (46) and the nuts (47) . 19. Install the nut (14) and the ° elbow (15) the axle cooler standard hose (R) . 20. Install the rear axle return hose (73) the ° elbow (15) .
